ABOUT OUR STAFF

At Care Partners, only the most qualified applicants are selected to be our employees. Staff are required to follow Care Partners' practice standards of nursing specialties and policies and procedures.

A complete application along with three work-related references for quality past performances are required. Competency testing and pre-employment drug screening must be successfully passed prior to being employed by Care Partners.

The following are required elements that must be completed prior to placement:

  • Pre-employment drug screening
  • Criminal history background check
  • TB test annually
  • Valid Nursing license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Skills checklist
  • Health screening update


    Passing scores on the following tests are required:

  • NLN Medication Administration Test for RNs and LPNs
  • Age specific competency testing
  • NLN Specialty Tests (ER&Coronary Care Medication Tests, L&D Maternity Nursing Problems Tests, Newborn Care, Postpartum, Pediatric Medication Administration, Med/Surg problems, Nursing Assistant Tests)
  • Annual Safety and Infection Control Review and Testing
