The founder is a Registered Nurse with more than 39 years of nursing experience. She holds a degree in Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and a Masters of Science in Nursing Administration. She has worked as a Supervisor, Manager, Director of Nursing and Chief Nurse Executive in acute care settings for over 28 years during which she has directed the activities of the nursing division in meeting nursing and regulatory standards. She has participated in preparation for the State, Federal, and Joint Commission surveys and has a good knowledge of the requirements.
